1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph364 ("ph364," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ph364 website located at ph364.win and all related gaming, betting, and account services offered thereon.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ph364 account. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

ph364 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at ph364 is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph364 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit and verified under the same account. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers are typically processed within one business day.
